This is an intense, non-impact workout that will increase your muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility and improve your cardiovascular conditioning. Some swimming ability is suggested for this deep-water class.

Aquasize

Work out in the shallow water with minimal impact. Build up strength, endurance, and flexibility without the stress of land aerobics. Your cardiovascular conditioning will also improve. No swimming ability is needed.
