Learn to punch and move correctly, focus on goals, and boost confidence.  This half hour introduction to boxing course will help your child's coordination, and motivation while engaging in fun exercises to promote physical fitness!  No physical contact.  Boxing gloves included.  Assembly of the Martial Arts Academy Instructor.
