  • The Zoning office is open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

  • If the shed is 150 square feet or less, & under 10 feet in height, you do not need a Zoning permit or a Building permit.  The setbacks are 10 feet from the side & rear property lines; and 75 feet from the street.


    If the shed is 150 square feet and under 200 square feet, it requires a Zoning Permit but not a Building permit.  The setbacks are 50 feet to the rear property line, 25 feet to each side property line and 60 feet from the street.


    If the shed is  200 square feet to 300 square feet, and 10 to 15 feet in height, you need a Zoning permit and a Building permit.  The setbacks are 50 feet to the rear property line, 25 feet to each side property line, and 60 feet from the street.


    Sheds cannot exceed 15 feet in height.
